Product Adoption: March 2020

At the CCC Technology Center, we are lucky to have an Enabling Services department, headed by Chief ES Officer, Andy Newman. The good work of the Enabling Services department includes full implementation and deployment services for colleges that adopt Tech Center products and an important single-point-of-contact, the College Relationship Manager (CRM). The CRMs serve as consultants for colleges that are considering adopting Tech Center products and services and they are responsible for increasing use of our services statewide.

As you can see in the following slide, which shows adoption rates and highlights new adoptions since the 2019 Annual Conference of the Chief Information Services Officers Association (CISOA) in March 2019, the team is highly effective in achieving this goal.
