Carnegie Foundation Summit on Improvement in Education
Virtual Event
April 19-23 and 25-28, 2021

An Expanded Learning and Networking Experience in 2021

In just seven years, the Summit on Improvement in Education has grown from 400 attendees at the inaugural conference in 2014 to more than 2,000 registered attendees in 2020. While the Summit community continues to grow in size, it has also grown in thought and practice by developing a diverse and vibrant learning community of educational professionals.

The 2021 Summit will be a virtual event. While we are taking this direction due to the pandemic, we also see it as an opportunity to offer expanded and innovative learning and networking opportunities.

To start, the 2021 Summit will span two weeks. The first week will run April 19–23 and be focused on pre-recorded sessions and posters that participants can view on demand. Pre-conference courses will be offered as standalone sessions on Sunday, April 25, and the live Summit—expanded this year with an extra day—will run from Monday, April 26 through Wednesday, April 28.

The Summit is more than a conference. It’s an opportunity to network, gain direction, stimulate dialogue, enhance professional knowledge, and share best practices. Each year, we come together as a community of improvers to catalyze positive and sustainable change.

Stay Tuned
Details regarding the program and registration will be forthcoming in early January. Until then, be sure to add the 2021 Summit dates to your calendar.
